Warranty conditions

Here are the extended warranty terms:

1. General provisions

This warranty applies to your trackcard if you purchased it directly from us or an authorized dealer. It covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use. This manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights under German/EU law.

2. Warranty period and validity

Your premium warranty protection begins on the date of purchase and lasts for two years . The warranty is valid throughout the EU and is transferable upon resale; the original purchase date remains decisive. Please keep your receipt safe, as you may be required to present it in the event of a warranty claim.

3. What does the warranty cover?

  • Defects due to material or manufacturing problems
  • Defects that occur under normal use
  • Functional disorders that are not caused by external influences
  • Software and firmware problems

4. What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by improper use, falls, liquids or accidents
  • Wear parts (e.g. normal wear and tear)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

5. Warranty processing

If your trackcard is defective during the warranty period, simply contact us using the contact form. Our team will assist you quickly and easily.

Please have the following information ready:

  • Your purchase receipt or order confirmation
  • A brief description of the problem

6. Process and costs

  • Shipping costs : We cover the postage and shipping costs for sending and returning
  • Important note : If we do not find any defect during the inspection, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the shipping costs
  • Processing time : 3-5 business days after receipt of your trackcard
  • Solution : Depending on the nature of the defect, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion. In the case of irreparable damage, you will receive a replacement device.

7. Data protection

To process the guarantee, we process your customer data and, if necessary, pass it on to shipping service providers.

8. Legal

German or EU law applies. We'll make sure you can use your trackcard again as soon as possible!
