A few impressions of us
Hey from Hamburg. We are Trackcard.

Why we want to help
"Berlin, January 2023. 11:30 PM. I'm in a taxi to the airport after a long day...and suddenly this feeling in my gut: Where. Is. My. Wallet?
ID gone. Credit cards gone. Two hours of chaos followed. Missed flight. Sleepless night. The next day: Calls to banks, passport office, despair. I never got my wallet back.
That's exactly why we started developing solutions that take this stress out of your life. Not as a tech gimmick. But because I – and everyone on our amazing team – know these moments personally.
Our mission is simple: develop smart products that give you and your loved ones real security in everyday life.
Designed for people like you and us. So reliable that you trust them blindly."
- Noah, Founder
Our machine room in the Hanseatic city.
Our crew tinkers, tests, and packs. In our Hamburg office, not only do new ideas emerge, but we also make sure everything runs smoothly. From quality checking every individual tracker to customer support.
The story behind Trackcard
Good things take time

January 2023
The wallet is gone
Noah loses his cardholder: The next morning it's clear—there has to be a better solution. The first sketch is created on a beer coaster in a Hamburg café together with Simon. The vision: A tracker thin enough for your wallet—and actually works.

June 2023
37 prototypes later...
The workbench overflows: Prototypes in all shapes, sizes, materials. Attempt 1: Too thick. Attempt 12: Battery only lasts 12 hours. Attempt 23: Speaker too quiet. Attempt 37 is the breakthrough: 1.7 mm thin, incredible battery life, 105 dB volume. Noah & Simon celebrate with Mate and a döner. The vision becomes real.

April 2024
Testing to the limit
6 months of stress testing completed. The Trackcard was thrown in washing machines, placed under cars, tested in North German continuous rain. 50 beta testers across Germany checked everyday functionality: business travelers, families, students. The feedback is brutally honest – and fantastic. Green light for first sale.

October 2024
Launch: Trackcard Tag goes live
22 months after the first sketch: The Trackcard Tag for iOS hits the market. The first customer orders at 00:07. By 10 a.m., 21 orders have come in. By the end of the first week: 93 satisfied customers. The first reviews come in: "Finally a tracker that fits in a wallet!" The vision becomes reality.

September 2025
Android joins: Trackcard One
Over 10,000 iOS customers later comes the most requested addition: Trackcard One for Android. Developed with everything we learned from 10 months of market feedback. The team has grown to 12 people. The mission continues: whether iOS or Android – everyone should be able to keep track of their important things.
What we stand for
Quality without compromise
German engineering
Developed, tested, and maintained in Hamburg. Every product goes through months of testing before it reaches you. We optimize every detail—from material selection to workmanship. No cheap production. German quality standards are non-negotiable.
Minimalism with function
Simple. Thoughtful. Without frills. We don't believe in feature-bloated products that nobody uses. Every feature must provide real value in everyday life. Our products do what they're supposed to do.
Support like you'd get from friends
No call center abroad. No automated standard responses. Our German-speaking team answers every inquiry personally. Because good support shouldn't be a premium feature, it should be standard. You're not just buying a product, you're gaining a team that has your back.
Your stories make us proud
We're not miracle workers. We solve an annoying everyday problem—well and reliably. That's not us saying it, that's what people who use our products say. And that makes us happier than any award.

Stop searching. Back to peace of mind.
We're a young team from the north with a clear mission: to make your daily life less stressful.
We believe that security doesn't have to be complicated or bulky. That's why we develop smart trackers and technology that's as reliable as a good friend. Technology that's there when you need it – and invisible when you don't.
