Setup

Connect your Trackcard effortlessly to your iPhone and enjoy the secure feeling of always having your valuables in sight. Our video walks you through the process – it's that easy:

  1. Activate & Open App: Pick up your Trackcard and press the button once briefly. A beep confirms it's ready. At the same time, open the "Find My" app on your iPhone.

  2. Add Item: Navigate to the "Items" tab in the app, tap the "+" symbol and select "Add an item". Your iPhone will now begin searching.

  3. Personalize: Once your Trackcard appears on the screen, tap "Connect". Give it a name that fits your item (for example, "My Wallet"), and choose an appropriate emoji. The Trackcard will then be securely linked to your Apple ID.

  4. Finish Setup: Tap "Done". In the item view, you can now tap "Play Sound". The beep from your Trackcard confirms that everything is working perfectly.

Reset

Whether you want to pass your Trackcard to a friend, pair it with a new device, or if problems occur during pairing – a correct reset is essential. Follow these two steps for a smooth restart.

  1. Unpair From "Find My" App: This is the most important first step. Open the "Find My" app and select your Trackcard under "Items". Scroll to the very bottom in the detail view and tap "Remove Item". Confirm the selection to disconnect the Trackcard from your Apple ID.

  2. Perform Hardware Reset: To completely reset the Trackcard, press the button on the card 5 times quickly in succession. On the 5th press, hold it until a melody sounds. This melody confirms that the reset was successful and the Trackcard is back in pairing mode.

Charging

Charging your Trackcard wirelessly is child's play. This is how you ensure it always has the energy it needs to protect your things.

  1. Use the Right Charger: Use a common wireless Qi charger – the same chargers you use for your smartphone work perfectly. MagSafe chargers also work great.

    ⚠️ Note: The small, magnetic Apple Watch charger is unfortunately not suitable due to the too small charging surface!

  2. Place Correctly and Check Charging Status: Place your Trackcard with the marked charging surface on the back centered on your charger. A red LED lights up and signals that charging is active. Once the battery is fully charged, the LED changes to a permanent Green. A charging cycle typically takes less than two hours.

Setup

Connect your Trackcard One effortlessly to your Android smartphone. Our video walks you through the process – it's that easy:

  1. Open App: Open the "Find My Device" app on your Android smartphone. If not yet installed, download it free from the Google Play Store.

  2. Sign In With Google Account: Sign into the app with your Google account. This is necessary to securely link your Trackcard One.

  3. Activate Trackcard: Pick up your Trackcard One and press the power button once briefly. A beep confirms it's activated and ready to pair.

  4. Hold Card Near Smartphone: Hold the Trackcard One close to your Android smartphone until the device name appears on the screen. Then tap "Connect".

  5. Finish Setup: Follow the further instructions on the display – done! Your Trackcard One is now securely linked to your Google account and ready to use.

Trackcard suddenly disappears from the app?

The Problem: Your Trackcard One was successfully paired, but suddenly no longer appears in the Find Hub App.

The Solution – Step by Step:

  1. Check Google Accounts: Open the Find Hub App and tap your profile picture in the top right. Do you have multiple Google accounts? The Trackcard automatically links to your primary Google account, not necessarily the one you're currently logged into in the app.

  2. Switch Between Accounts: If multiple accounts are shown, switch through all of them – often the Trackcard appears under a different account.

  3. Restart Pairing: If that doesn't help, reset the Trackcard (press the button 5 times, hold it on the 5th press until the melody sounds) and re-pair it.

  4. Pay Attention to Email Address: When re-pairing, carefully watch the email address in the pop-up – it shows you which account the Trackcard will really be linked to.

Tip: This is a typical Android phenomenon with multiple Google accounts. Once you understand it, it's quick to solve!

The pairing pop-up has disappeared?

🚨 The Trackcard MUST be connected exclusively via the Fast Pair pop-up

The problem: You want to set up your Trackcard One, but the coupling pop-up doesn't appear or has disappeared.

The solution - step by step:

1. Check basic requirements:
- Enable Bluetooth (Settings → Bluetooth)
- Ensure a stable internet connection
- Check if "Find nearby" is enabled: Settings > Google > Devices & sharing > Devices
(or on some phones: Settings > Connections > Search for nearby devices)

2. Restart your phone: Completely restart your phone and wait about 10 minutes after it starts up.

3. Reset the Trackcard: Perform a reset – the card will then be in pairing mode. Hold your smartphone and the Trackcard close together.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do NOT tap "+ Add new device" and do NOT pair via regular Bluetooth! Google uses Fast Pair for the connection – the Find My Device app will NOT work via regular Bluetooth pairing. If you've already paired via Bluetooth, reset the Trackcard and remove it from the Bluetooth device list (Settings → Bluetooth). If you have problems, contact our support.

Tip: For stubborn problems, reset the Trackcard and start fresh. Sometimes Android just needs a clean slate!
